About
Sitong Liu is an illustrator and printmaker based in New York, originally from Changchun, China.
She began her art career in Beijing in 2020. In 2024, Sitong graduated from the School of Visual Arts with a bachelor's degree in Illustration and is currently pursuing a graduate degree in the School of Visual Arts' Illustration as Visual Essay program.
She has been passionate about art since childhood and now focuses on picture books and narrative illustration. Her work explores themes inspired by mystery fiction through vivid colors and hand-drawn textures. She also contributed to the immersive imaging project “Roaming in the Vast Land", which was shown at the 2021 Qingdao Art and Technology Exhibition and the 2022 Beijing Radio and Television Station Spring Festival Gala.
